Safety

These are high-quality handlebar clamps made by PSR (Powerstands Racing), specifically designed for secure transport of motorcycles without applying pressure to the bodywork. They clamp directly onto the handlebar ends and offer a solid anchor point for tie-downs. The CNC-machined aluminium design ensures strength while being lightweight and compact.

1. PSR Clamps

Used in conjunction with the PSR clamps, these protective sleeves slide over the bar ends and provide a non-slip, cushioned surface for the clamps to grip onto. This prevents damage to the handlebar coating and ensures the clamp doesn’t slip during transport. It’s an ideal solution for sport bikes with delicate bar-end finishes.

 2. Handlebar Sleeves

Our transport setup avoids the common issue of tie-down straps rubbing against fairings or fuel tanks. Instead of traditional methods, we use PSR clamps mounted directly onto the handlebars, allowing straps to secure the bike without touching any bodywork. This approach eliminates the risk of scratches, pressure marks, or damage — even under heavy tension during long-distance transport.

 3. Anchoring System

A fixed wheel chock or channel system is essential for maintaining vertical alignment and stability during transport. By securely cradling the front wheel, it allows the motorcycle to remain upright while the rear is strapped down. This method minimizes movement in transit and streamlines the securing process, making it both safer and more efficient — even when performed by a single operator.

4. Wheel Fixing System

High-grade tie-down straps are used to secure motorcycles with maximum stability during transport. These straps are equipped with heavy-duty cam or ratchet mechanisms, reinforced hooks with safety latches to prevent accidental release, and soft loops or extensions that add flexibility while protecting contact points. Designed for high-load endurance and repeated use, they are ideal for safely transporting performance and track-day motorcycles.

 5. Professional Straps

An electric winch system, such as those from Rhino Winch Co, enables safe and controlled motorcycle loading. Operated via remote or switch, it reduces the physical effort required and significantly lowers the risk of tipping during ramp loading. This setup is especially beneficial for solo riders or when handling heavier sportbikes, ensuring a smooth and secure process every time.
